7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unused and unopened.

  • It must be in its original, sealed packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our customer service team will guide you through the process. If your return is accepted, we will process an exchange or a refund via bank transfer.

Shipping & Refund Deductions
Please note:

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away via WhatsApp or email. We will evaluate the issue and work swiftly to resolve it for you.

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Any product that has been opened or used.

  • Items on final sale or promotion.

  • Gift cards.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that has not yet been shipped.
