Shipping & Refund Deductions

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away via WhatsApp or email. We will evaluate the issue and work swiftly to resolve it for you.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
