Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our K-beauty products across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and all GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
What are your shipping costs within the UAE?

Orders under 99 AED: Flat rate shipping fee of 15 AED.

Orders of 99 AED and above: Enjoy FREE standard shipping.
What are your shipping costs for GCC countries?

Saudi Arabia: Standard shipping starts at 29 AED.

Other GCC Countries: Standard shipping starts at 35 AED.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
