Shipping Destinations
We are delighted to ship our curated K-Beauty and Korean skincare products across the GCC region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Costs

Your shipping costs are determined by your delivery address and cart value. All charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE):

  • Flat Rate Shipping: 15 AED on all orders under 99 AED.

  • Free Standard Shipping: on all orders of 99 AED and above.

GCC Countries:
We offer competitive shipping rates to our neighbors. For the most accurate and up-to-date shipping costs and free shipping thresholds for each specific country, please refer to the banner or information section on our Homepage.

  • Saudi Arabia: Standard shipping rate starts at 29 AED.

  • Other GCC Countries (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): Standard shipping rate starts at 35 AED.

  • Free Shipping is available for all GCC countries on orders above a specific amount. Each country's minimum spend for free shipping is detailed on our Homepage.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your K-beauty order for shipment. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends (Friday & Saturday) or UAE National Holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time:
After your order is processed and handed to the courier, please allow the following estimated times for delivery:

  • UAE: 1-2 business days

  • GCC Countries: 1-2 business days
